Web Site registration question
If someone has an idea for a business and registers the name as a co.uk and then someone who has the same name as a .com decides to trade in something unsavoury can the owner of the .co.uk addy do anything to stop it?
or is the easyest way with the cost of web name extentions just to buy both the .co.uk and .com if avaliable and direct the .com addy to the .co.uk website.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

I doubt you have any recourse as to what someone on the
"same name .com" does.

Thanks for the input I found out that the .com domain is taken, sorry about that I should have found that info out before posting the question, the .com was first bought in 2006 and reregistered in Jan 08 but currently is not being used aparently.
