Mulitple Signatures in Outlook 2003
Hello,
I've been working on this issues for too long. I have a user that has 2 different email accounts in Outlook 2003. He does not use different profiles.
We want to be able to have Outlook automaticly pick the correct signature for the account he is using to send out email. I've set them up in Outlook with the correct default signatures (under Tools - Options - Mail Format - Signatures). for example Account 1 is setup to use signature 1 and account 2 is setup to use signature 2. No matter which Account I use, the signature for the default account always appears in the body of the message. I have the user deleting the signature, clicking on Insert - Signature - (correct signature). This work-around is too much due to the amount of email he sends out from each account throughout the day. Is there are to automate this so that the signatures send out accordingly with the email account?
Thank you.

I don't think you can do what you want to in Outlook 2003
MS says:
Note: If you will regularly use different signatures, it is advisable to set the default signature for new messages and for replies and forwards to <None>. Otherwise, you must remember to delete the default signature from the message before inserting a new signature. If you forget, you will end up with two signatures on the message.
Which I think is where you are at.
Sorry I can't think of another way, perhaps someone else can
