Outlook 2003-trouble with signatures

Hello, I have a user that is having trouble with her signatures. In her replies she'd like to have a choice between her business signature or her personal signature. She's able to go to options->email signature and able to see the 2 signatures and selects but it stays on the default. Any advice?

As far as I know, the default stays as the default, and you just select the other one when you want it... Are you asking to change the default each time or just be able to use another sig?

No, that is why I am here. I feel like installing outlook 2007 on, but I am interested IF there is a solution here. I even tried <none> as a default, and selected the signature in the email, which did not work.

How about
You may wish to add a Signature only to certain messages or you may wish to use different Signatures depending on the purpose of your message.

1.Create the message
NOTE: For more information, refer to Basic Email Activities: Sending Email Messages.

2.If necessary, delete the existing Signature
NOTE: For more information, refer to Deleting Your Signature.

3.Place your insertion point where you want the Signature to appear

4.From the Insert menu, select Signature » desired Signature
The desired Signature will be inserted.

5.Click SEND
from here

That is not working either. If I delete the signature and select signature it just has the person's name not all the other information she configured for the signature.
