What driver did you use to install the card... can you install the same one again?

Have you checked the box to show resolutions that the driver doesn't think it's capable of reaching?

I tired another card and it worked fine with a single monitor. I then put my origianal card in and it also worked fine.

When I attached my second monitor I had the same problem again.

Is this the card causing the problem or is it sometihng in Vista?

So when you put the original card back in and attached one monitor... did you also attach the second monitor? If you didn't go back and do that... it would point up a driver problem if neither card could do it.

You should write to viewsonic and to ATI... the more mail they get about the issue, the more likely they are to fix it.
