Angry IE7 Won't let me log into secure site

This is the error I receive when I try to access a secured page that requires a login:

    Most likely causes:
This website requires you to log in.

    What you can try:
Go back to the previous page.

    More information

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

    Any suggestions?

Your correct, that was a very good explanation, however, it does not solve my issue. The odd thing is on a different machine running IE6, it works just fine. I am thinking it has to be an issue with IE7.

Can you go back to IE6 on this PC and see if it works then? It would be interesting to see if this is a problem due to settings or if there is another program causing the problem.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

Add the site to trusted sites.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
