    Account in limbo

    I have had an issue with my Niclo Iste account for over 4 days now and I've sent in a few e-mails requesting assistance. Can someone please either let me know why it's not working or reset the passwords to work? I've reset my passwords twice and the new ones will not work with my login.

    Hi, try dumping offline content as well as all cookies and then resetting the password. If that doesn't work, use the contact us link again and let me know. Thanks

    Alternatively after resetting the password, try another browser that you normally don't visit the site with.

    I also haven't been able to log on with IE8 on my usual computer, Firefox on Linux or Firefox on Win2000 from another system/location. Opera is working.
