Problem with TSST corp CD/DVDW TS-L632D ATA device
I have a TSST corp CD/DVDW TS-L632D ATA device in a toshiba satellite A135 s7 403. The system is Vista Home basic.
My problem is that my dvd drive won't read dvds. It only works when I use my ''recovery and applications/drivers cd''. Otherwise, when I double-click the icon, the drive ejects the tray and shows the message: ''please insert dvd''.
I'm a bit of a noob so if someone could explain it to me, if there's actually a way to fix it. Please!!!
