    MobilePCPhysician, I am by no means ignoring you or your suggestions. I am in the process of doing that, just have not had time to complete the steps yet.

    Seen this lots in our store service department. It is obvious the people here are just throwing time wasting options your way. This occurs from a windows update that gets partially installed. Boot up PC in recovery mode and run system restore and to restore to a previous restore point. Every thing will be fine after that. Then re-run your windows updates. Don't waste your time running pointless scans. This problem can be fixed in under 10 minutes.

    P.S What the hell happened to the Windrivers domain / chat?

    Obviously we were just stalling so we could rack up the bill. Good to see you're keeping us honest.
