Website will not stay filled
I do this:
Drag an open window or program manually to fill the whole screen or monitor. Click on the title bar to drag the window to the upper-left or upper-right corner of the screen. Place the mouse cursor on the lower-right corner until the cursor changes to a line with two arrows, and then drag the window
But it will not stay if I return to the website...

Not sure what browser you are using but typically you can right click the shortcut and go to properties then in the drop down menu under RUN change it to Maximized.

Assuming you mean a browser ... Close all but one browser window, resize it like you described, (drag the edges out), then while holding down the [Ctrl] key, click the red [X] at the top right corner of the browser window. The next time you open that browser, the window size should be the same size as when you last closed it.

You're welcome.
To re-do it, open one browser window, resize to whatever you like, [Ctrl]+Mouse-click-the-red-[X] to close.
