First, Delete all history, cookies, cache, etc. Second, run necessary programs at one time, third, uninstall all unnecessary application and software.

Reduce image sizes, remove unnecessary widgets, HTTP compression, put CSS at the top and script references at the bottom or in external files, reduce lookups, minimize redirects, caching, etc.

For a faster load speed , I usually uninstall applications that are not in used anymore. I also remove cache, cookies and others. I also minimize the pages loading. Another important tip is to combine images and reduce the size of file.
