Outlook.com
Have a client who's MSN email account was hacked into. Was able to get his email secured so all his contacts quit receiving emails about needing money in Iraq. The problem now is, when he logs into the Outlook.com, the mail is in English but the toolbar and other options are in what looks like Arabic. Everything I have searched talks about Hotmail and the outlook they show is not the newer version. Anyone have any solutions? This is the craziest thing I have seen. TIA

Have you looked in Settings->General-> "Region and Time Zone Settings?"

Does English still show up in the list of "supported languages"? (Settings >> Customize Outlook >> Language)

Thank you for your responses. I am sure the settings are there, however, I can not read them as it is in the Arabic language. The PC settings are all in English. The emails themselves are in English. The toolbar , Options, Preferences are not readable. Everything I am finding is about Hotmail and does not show the Same online Outlook. This is an MSN Email. TIA

The settings and stuff will be in the same place... You need to have a working computer sitting side by side and in theory, you could work your way through and change the settings.

Finally after much to do, creating a profile on MSN and working side by side, was not able to resolve the issue with the Arabic. I decided it was time to bring in the big guns. I contacted MS and they went into the system remotely and after almost an hour, they were able to get it back to English. It ended up being on their side and had to reset their web page for this profile.
