Welcome Gianca.
The safest place to get a program's .DLL file would be directly from the developer's site.

Gent.le Spywaredr I want to thank for the answer to my question. After having read I want to make another question: If I install a program and, after having installed, the program tells me that cannot find some dll that are necessary, to make it function, which is the solution to this problem if I don't find on the developer's site? Thanking you in advance and waiting for your gently response, I salute you.

I would ask the developer where to get the missing .DLL file.

If the new program came on a cd/dvd - look on the disc to see if you see it.
