comctl32.dll Cannot Start , Help Urgent
If anyone knows a fix on this it would be greatly appreciated, ive tried all the fixes in Microsoft Knowledge base and nothing has worked, so here goes, I have a clients computer that I was installing Outlook 2000 on and it errors half way through the install couldnt do anything but reboot the machine, after reboot I get the message about comctl32.dll cannot start, and it wont go any further, Ive replaced the files microsoft say to replace , extracted them and all that, but it doesnt work, still same error, if anyone knows a fix, it would be greatly appriciated, I should add it wont boot to safe mode either, same error.
ps. I searched the forums as well and found the same issue someone else had and it never got solved, so I hope someone can help (cause he wants his computer back TODAY, dont they all)
