Odd Error...

Hi all,

I need to know if anyone is experiencing anything like I have.

I get an error when I try to run certain files, here is the error:

Can't run 16-bit Windows Program

Cannot find file F:\Folder1\File1.exe (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.


But if I copy that file over to my C:\, I don't get the error.

My F:\ drive is a Maxtor 20GB ATA133 on a Promise Ultra ATA133 PCI Controller.

And this only happens on certain programs, could it be the controller? the harddrive? the cable? controller drivers?

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

Seems I had the jumper set to slave so I just changed it to master and reformatted the harddrive. Then I copied all my data back and I no longer get the error.
