p4xb-s mb prob???
I have a p4xb-s mb, 1.5 p4, ddr 2100, ati all-in-wonder rage 128 pro....when i reboot the computer, it will not post. If I reset the cmos, it will then post ok....until I reboot again. I have flashed the bios with the latest updates. Does this sound like a mobo problem, or should I look elsewhere????

Almost sounds like a bad or corrupted bios.
Did this problem happen before or after flashing the bios???
