Thermoelectric (TE)
Anyone know a good CPU fan/HeatSink for AMD Athlon that uses Thermoelectric?
I want to cool my Athlon close to 28C
Ive found some but I was your opinion.

bzboyz.com has the MCX370 for $30. why is cooling so important? if you wanna bring down your temp to the 20 C range then you might as well buy a water cooler heatsink. j/k.
