Hangs at startup
Windows ME sometimes just hangs at startup. The icons don't even appear, it just hangs, causing me to turn it off then back on. I think it has something to do with the startup tab in msconfig..... ????????

Hey, Wildman6971 is right, check your IRQs. Also, you can do System Restore that might help too. If not you can do this as a last resource, go to My Computer -> C: Drive -> Windows -> OPTIONS -> CABS -> Then look for SETUP.EXE with a litle computer next to it, and click on it. This will restore any conflict(s) or any problem(s) your computer may have. I have actulaly used it twice before, and fixed my problems. Do not worry, you will not lose any files or ducuments, but it will take any where between 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
