    Red face Virus with a Spiril on startup.

    I was told about a virus yesterday that would bring up a spiril on the screen just before the anti-virus software. It then locks the system up so you can't do anything.

    The person who told me about it had to format the drive to get passed it.

    Has anybody heard of this one before?
