Question Winroute to LAN IP

Thsi has been driving me mad for about 2 weeks now !!!! Here's my setup:

A number of machines on the LAN, but the ones to note are the win2k gateway running winroute (connected to the cable modem), my ME main machine, and 2 linux boxes running webmin.

I can access webmin on the 2 linux boxes on the LAN with no problem, but would like to be able to http into my private web server (IIS on the 2k box) and click on a link of sorts to access webmin on the linux boxes. I have tried just putting hyperlinks in the index page of the webserver pointing to http://192.168.x.x:1000 (port 10000 is used by webminon the linux boxes) but it wont work; also tried pointing to http://Ripley:10000 (Ripley is the host name of one of the linux boxes - all names after characters from Aliens ) but that dont work either.

I am pretty sure the problem lies with winroute, but the documentation is a little vague, and I really want to get this working.

    Any idea's ???
