XP Broadband Throttling???
I have 3 computers, 2 pc's, 1 mac, on a 1mbps dsl connection. 1 pc and 1 mac both get the full speed. The other PC only gets 264kbps MAX. Tapping the dsl directly into that lone pc, it still only gets 264kbps MAX. meaning, it must be something with XP. Ive heard of early XP speed throttling, but I cannot find any information on it, and all my settings seem identical to my other XP box. This is driving me nuts! Anyone heard of this?
