Post Suggestions on a good TV card?

Okay, I need to rip some movies off but I'm not going too expensive for my tv card. I've already spent enough as it is. I'd like to spend around $100, possibly less, but I need a good card to hook a vcr up to and record over to my computer. Any suggestions at what I should look into?
