Nintendo have dropped the price of the GameCube in Europe 2 weeks before the launchdate over here by £40 ($60USD) from £169 to £129. This, at launch, unless other price cuts are announced, makes a £70 ($105USD) price difference between the PS2 & X-Box, which surely now must mean Sony will have to announce a price cut.
