    p4 adaptor

    Had a customer bring in a new ecs mobo/processor combo that has a socket 423 to socket 478 processor adaptor..has anyone had any experience with this?

    i don't but Tom's Hardware has a good article this month on just that topic. is there a problem with the system that you think is related to the adapter?

    Haven't installed it yet..still waiting for some other hardware..just wanted to know what to expect..I'll check out Tom's..thanks
