    Question MS-Word and...Outlook prob

    When trying to send a document from word as attachment or email, Outlook Express opens up instead of Outlook 2K, even if 2k is the default email prg.
    Any suggestion??

    On your internet exporer window click on tools, then internet options. Under that you will click on the programs tab. Under the section of email choose whatever program you want to handle email.

    I would check OE Tools>Options>General and see if OE is showing as default mail handler. I got a feeling this setting is applied at Outlook installation if Outlook is not set as default at that time.

    You should be able to launch Outlook and attach the file anyway _ I assume you mean OE launches when you right click a file and choose send to email recipient?
