Access Denied
I have a notebook, using it to connect to the web, through the LAN @ work. Something has change. I can not get out with the notebook, but I can use any other workstation and get out. I get the message:
You are restricted from running the Internet Connection wizard. Contact your Network Administrator for more Info.
After taking the notebook to my system admin, he reloaded IE 5.5. Thus the same results. Any ideas or solutions. By the way, I have admin rights of my notebook.

your problem is exactly what your error message is saying.
Now, one thing you need to be clear on, when you have admin rights, it does NOT mean you can access everyhting on the sysem, it means you have the ability yo grant yourself rights to everything.
What i would recommend doing is to go through the global policy editor with a fine tooth comb, (start run gpedit.msc),
Now, is this computer part of a domain? cause it may be getting this setting from the server..
