Ensonig Audio PCI
First i have a 400mhz Amd, 64ram.
My souns card always worked fine but now it dosent. At startup it gives me a message saying that the system routed the device badly and thet i had to get Automatic Settings in device manager. It s already in automatic settings.... WHAT TO DO ???
The problem occured only after having change the port of my sound carte, but i did reinstall drivers... So pease HELP ME FELLOWS. imagine a pc without sound !!! it s horrible, just horrible.sniff snif.

remove all your sound card drivers and re-install.
if problem persists check that no other hardware is using the same dma.
that about all i can think of!

Actually with the VIA chipset boards you need to install a irq routing patch. You can do this by inserting your MOBO CD into the drive and installing the VIA Patch which should have a few other patchs with it as well. From time to time windows losses the vxd's and you need to reinstall.
