    Windows error

    User getting a dump error
    Error code 00000005, parameter1 817ce838, parameter2 815e3c48, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f9e74ff8.

    any clue where this is coming from

    When does the user get it, what does the event viewer say - what event id?

    Google has 2,180 suggestions... need to narrow it down a bit

    customer want to report his laptop
    after it came back from standby mode he got a blue screen saying "physical memory dump completed"
    he get error message: Error code 00000005, parameter1 817ce838, parameter2 815e3c48, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f9e74ff8.

    after coming back from stand by mode he says
