    Do anyone know what this error mean C0020741 and how to fix it. are do I ofto send it to HP

    You might check out the Basics Guide for your Photosmart. It just might have your error codes listed. I didn't try to download it as it is over 3MB and I'm on a slow dialup. Hope this helps.
