    Resolved [RESOLVED] directx 7

    I've recently upgraded my directx from 6 to 7 . now alot of my apps that require 3d support stops responding. causeing the system to lockup. i found that my sound and video card were sharing the same IRQ so i moved the sound card to a different slot which i though would fix it ,but to no avail, eny help would be greatly apreciated

    There has been a 7.0a update and an 8.0 update since 7.0--just download the 8.0 from this site and see if that helps.
