How do I remove this virus, Win32.Apsiv.A worm?
After a full system scan I am getting an error message in my Av prog (EZ anti virus) saying that
C:\system volume information\_restore{OE48AF84-E380-45C3-AED7-CFD5BEOD6BOC}-\RP16\A0003036.exe is Win32.Apsiv.A worm
I cannot find any information about this worm so do not know how to remove it. Could the location the message refers to be a system restore point? If so could I just delete them all?
TIA

Try this. http://www.resellerratings.com/forum/t93580.html
Read the posts and follow the instructions to disable restore on your machine and re-scan.
