Spyware, URL pop ups

been working on this woman's computer. every now and then when i'm on the
internet, a URL pops up. some of them are: www.spotresults.com, popularscreensavers.com, myonlinepayday.com, etc.
what i've done. i've run ad-aware, spybot numerous times. i've run hijack this and removed what i thought i needed to. i've run cwshredder, bhodaemon, spywareblaster. i've run trend micro online scan, NAV 2004,but these URL's will still pop up and its getting annoying. i've even installed the Google toolbar. heres my hijack this log. maybe someone can shed some light.

These don't look too good, unless you know otherwise. And P2P isn't the best idea if you want to sort this problem.

Also, it pretty much goes without saying that taking out anything Yahoo isn't a bad idea.

Thats feeding your problem.

Why are you running both norton and avg?
