    PixelView Play Pro Remote

    i have pixelview playtv pro and when i turn on the program with the remote it doesn't open , i have to open it first from the computer then i can open/close it from the remote, any one knows how i can turn it on from the remote the first time i open the windows without having to open it from the computer ??
