[RESOLVED] Win98 shutdown error?

When I try and shutdown Windows 98 I get this error that says :An exception 0e has occured at 0028:c00313a6 in VxD---.This was called from 0028:c002f97d in VxD---.What is causing this error and how do I fix it?.
