The only thing I can think of, is that he must be trying to get us all to buy his book...
All I can think of is that he's hit on every woman in America so now he's eyeing Canada.

If he really is trying to become the new Head Guy at the UN....no pun intended... I think he'll get around to telling everyone how Wonderful and Special they are.
