Problems with pcmcia
Having problems with pc cards locking up the system! Laptop in question is sharp pc-3070. Using windows 950b. Irq steering is disabled. bios does not allow for maunally setting IRQ's. Any ideas?

This will only work it the PCMCIA controller is a Cirrus and you have the Win95 CD with USB support. You have to delete 2 *.bin files in your C:\windows\inf directory. Then copy the pcmcia.inf from your cd rom:\drivers\pcmcia\cirrus. Then you have to copy the Cbss.vxd from you cd rom:\drivers\pcmcia\cirrus to your C:\windows\system. If the system asks if you want to replace the file...say YES! Reboot your computer and it should fix your problems.
