    reguarding saving/downloading from website

How to save a video from a website if when you right click, the only options are play, pause, loop, stuff like that. For example, a video clip of baseball highlights. If I right click 350k it says "save target as" but then it says internet explorer cannot download because the site is unavailable or can't be found.

Also, is it even legal to download that stuff? The TV commercial say "this program cannot be rebroadcasted without written consent of Major League Baseball". I don't want to rebroadcast or anything, I just might want to watch it again when the season's over and I'm sad. Are pictures legal to save? Like pictures of Barry Bonds hitting number 700. I don't intend to sell anything I save, just my memorabilia.

Anything like this is already on your computer... you had to download it to play it. I think you are probably talking about a flash file - the file name will end .swf

Take a look in your temporary internet files - you should find it in there. Some websites go to a great deal of trouble to disguise the file name - so it may be just a case of searching for any file (*.swf) and trying each one.

If you don't want to go to all that bother, then email the webmaster, explain you have no intention of distributing it for free or otherwise and ask for a copy.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
