    Question right mouseclick error!

    Hi,

after installig sp2 for the second time i still got the problem that i cannot open the properties of a file with the right mouseclick.Marking with the left mouseclick and pressing the delete button has the same effect;the sand clock appears for 15 seconds, the explorer crashes and i see my naked backgroundpicture. Then the desctop with all my icons rebuilds.Uninstalling sp2 helps, but isnt there another way?
Microsoft SP2 Hotline couldnt help me. :-(

    Regards,

    Mir

Welcome to Wd forums mir .

Right click often has menu items added to it by various programs as they get installed, which I think is your problem, so try telling us whats showing up when you right click minus sp2 & that'll maybe give us clues, I think you are gonna find you need an update for one or more installed programs or fathom how at least to stop them adding errant stuff to right click.
