I get a TTL expired on the return from the top one, and 100% packet loss from the second one, no matter what machine I use. Customer cannot get her email from ATT.

I need it to get her NAV renewal info for the download and install.

I pinged the 204.127.5.31, and got back a ping from:
    209.165.129.210 with an expired TTL

I have never seen this in all my years of pinging addresses.

Could be something in your hosts file? I would scan that machine. Ad-Aware, Spybot, CWS, etc.

I did all that, and the machine is running at the proper speed, as well. I cannot connect to their servers even with my machine. I may go outside my router and try again, I guess.

    Here's your answer: http://help.att.net/docs/use/email/g...aqcounter#isps

You can only access those if att is your isp. If you connecting from outside, you need to use ipostoffice.worldnet.att.net
