Broken CPU cooler mounting bracket

I have a Motherboard with a broken CPU cooler mounting bracket, the piece that comes with the motherboard it looks like.

It's a socket 423, motherboard model is a P4ITA,

Found one at ECS : http://www.ecsusa.com/products/p4ita.html

Found the same board at Amptron as well: http://www.amptron.com/html/p4ITA.html

They both look exactly the same, so I really don't care which bracket I get, but I can't seem to find a way to buy just that from them, or any one else for that matter. I just need the plastic pieces that go on the board (held on with screws), what help can any of you offer?
