How to convert a Office 2003/2004 PST to a office 2000 PST file format?

Hello all,
I have encountered a office 2004 PST file format (new format) and in my company they still use good old office 2000.
Yes I do believe that I can import the file with Office 2003/4. And I know the file can be exported in a office 2000 Format.
The simple question is - is there a toll to convert between the formats?
