    Resolved [RESOLVED] Fatal Execption occurred at 0D:034F:000045E2

    Can anyone explain why this is happening? I reinstalled Win98(1st)to get outlook on my computer. After installation everything was fine until I shut it down. During shutdown, I get the fatal error message, press any key and get a black screen with dots and a blinking cursor (unable to move the cursor). I have to shut the computer down by switching it off. No scan disk on startup either. Any suggestions?

    Maybe you have bad rams or bad Windows files.
    I know, Windows 98 is a drag, but try reinstalling Windows 98
