spool 32 error
o/s 98 xerox printer
the error spool 32 pop's up frequently when running quickbooks pro, any suggestions ppl.

have you gotten the updates from Intuit?

do you have more than one printer on your system? quickbooks sets up different printers for different forms/etc... check to see if it is set to the xerox printer in the area of the program that you are having trouble.

none yet,, tried to change printer drivers setting from post script, to pcl

one printer on sys, not networked, waiting for update from person if changing from post script drivers to pcl worked
