blow the mbr in xp?
how can i blow the mbr in xp? there is no fdisk.exe available in c:\windows\system32
i need to do this to get rid of a memory resident virus that Norton can't touch..win32..

XP uses FIXMBR, but when attempting to overcome a Boot Virus, note the advice here:

As a btw a 98 bootdisk is a marvelous thing , you can find self extracting or image based files here at bootdisk.com which handily give you a clean bootable source & have fdisk.exe on 'em ..
