Cellphone questions

I am thinking of getting a new Cellphone and have the choice between 4 phones.

Motorola:
SLVR L7
RAZR V3

Samsung:
D807

Sony-Ericsson:
W600i

But the D807 is so new I can't find any reviews for it. Anybody seen any reviews yet? It's only been out for about 5 days now. Or better yet own one? I like the D807 and the SLVR L7 because they both play Mp3's and both have external storage (through transflash) while the other two models don't. If the D807 lives up to it's specs (from what little I can find) I am leaning toward it over the SLVR L7.

Anybody got any experience with any of the phones above? CNET has most of them rated similarly between 6.7 and 7.3.

I woud say the Motorola RAZR V3 ..I am a NOKIA fan ,but it was not in your initial selection .. But the RAZR is a really cool one, especially the design ...I don`t know if this is important for u-if it is -definitely take it ..But if not- pick another one..

I like the RAZR but it doesn't support expandable memory like the SLVR and D807 do. Right now I am leaning toward the D807 because it doesn't have (that I can find) the 512mb max transflash card limit and it doesn't use iTunes (I hate iTunes) and it doesn't have a max limit of 100 songs like the SLVR does.
