Hi would like to know if i perform a 2-way trust between 2 domains will these 2 domains perform dns resolution for each other? or do i need to add a secondary dns zone for each other manually inorder to perform dns resolution.

If the DNS servers are configured properly it will work. But the "perform resolution for each other" means that your local DNS will still be the "main" and unresolved queries will be passed to the DNS in the trusted domain

Yes, and set your DNS in the allowed list for replication
