Help Identifying Graphics Card Output

I am usually more descriptive but I had to pull a double shift at my work place and do not have the card in question in front of me BUT here goes...

I was given a PC by my stepson which has an ATI Radeon Graphics card. The PC came with no cable for the monitor. The Graphics card is probably 2-3 years old and has an S-Video output AND the output in question. I at first thought it was a standard DVI output BUT instead of the normal configuration of flat pins, this output looks to have about 15-18 round holes for a male plug. The output is simailar to a VGA output but with more holes.

Can someone tell me what cable I need for this graphics card? The only ID I can see on the card is B276 but an Internet search, over the last hour, returns nothing of use.

The B276 suggests a Dell card that should look like this:



If so it's a DMS59 dual DVI output, and needs the appropriate adaptor:
