I hope so. Based on that I've ordered 2 Raid cards from ebay for tests. They are SI 3132 (Sata II) Based and very cheap. It might be the solution that is easiest to apply in my case of already working system needed to be RAID(ed :O)

Just received the 2 SATA raid controllers. they DO have bios and works GREAT.
Their installation was quite easy.
