I really feel stupid cause I know that there is probably a really easy way to do this but I'm short on time and lazy..........

You know the little prompt that pops up when you shut down Internet Explorer that ask you if you would like to disconnect from the net? How do you get that back if it comes up missing???

Its Windows 98se IE 5.0
