We recently had a teacher who left under not-so-great circumstances, and before he left, he put password on all of his teaching plans, study guides, etc. that he gave out to all of his students.

The new teacher is now in place and would like to be able to have access to these resources. Anyone know of any tricks/tips/programs to get past this word password? I have a little prog that does pdf files, but can't seem to find one for word docs.

I don't wanna have to pay $50 for this either. It's really not worth that. So free is good
