Seems to be that the customer wants thier PC repaired now, but when I call and tell them its ready they are slow to pick up their system. Could be price shock for their repair.
would like to hear from other Techs or Shop Owners about this topicAfter 30 Days we send out a cert letter to the customer. We do not seem to have this problem with commerical Accounts only with home users and it is money related, they get paid then I collect for the repair.
